Who we are

Grizzly Renovations is a business name of Grizzly Apex LLC, a home remodeling company in Tampa, Florida. "We" and "us" on this page mean Grizzly Apex LLC. Questions about this policy go to GrizzlyApexLLC@gmail.com or (813) 400-0581.

What you send us

When you fill out the quote form, we get what you type: your name and phone number, and if you add them, your email, city or ZIP, project type, start time and message. We also see which page you sent it from. The form is delivered to our inbox by Formspree, a form service.

If you call, text or email us, we get your number or email address and whatever you tell us.

How we use it

Only to answer you: to call you back, set up your free measure, send your quote and work on your project. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

Visitor statistics

We use Google Analytics to see how people use this site: which pages they visit, about how long they stay, what kind of device they use, how they found us, and their approximate area, such as the city. It also counts when someone sends the quote form or taps our phone number or email. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to do this.

These numbers do not tell us who you are, and nothing you type into the quote form is sent to Google. Google handles this data under its own policies. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and you can turn it off with Google's opt-out browser add-on or your browser's privacy settings.

Links to other sites

Our Instagram and Facebook links open those sites, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests and messages for as long as we need them to work with you and keep our business records, then we delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete anything you sent us. Email or call us and we will take care of it.

Children

This site is for adults planning work on their homes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top.
